Legal basis for sell-off proceedings

On 27 Septembre 2001 the Government of the Republic of Slovenia adopted a Programme of sales of Slovenske Železarne Subsidiaries. The sales programme was adopted on the basis of Article 7 of the Republic of Slovenia Act (OJ RS, No. 4/93, 71/94, 23/96, 47/ 97, 23/99, 119/00 and 30/01) and the Decree on Sales Procedures and Other Forms of State Property Disposal, Article 14 (OJ RS, No. 47/01 and 62/01). Other acts which constitute the legal framework of the sale of the state's real property in the Slovenske Železarne Subsidiaries are as follows:
